Who can apply?
The network is open to local and regional politicians who are elected to the representative body (parliament/assembly/council) of a region, city, town, province, municipality or village.
If this applies to you and you are motivated to communicate about European activities in your constituency, then here's how to join the network:
- Fill in the application form (available in all EU languages)
- Download the declaration form, which must be signed by you and a legal representative of your local/regional authority, and send it to info

Once your application is approved, you will receive:
- An email confirming your membership of the EU Local Councillors Network.
A welcome kit giving you privileged access to various EU products and services.
